Growing up in the South, she attended Vanderbilt University earning both a bachelors in Communications + masters in Organizational Leadership. Her first book, Push-up Pops (March 2012) is one of Amazon’s Top 100 Hot New Releases and already on a 3rd print. Her second book, Candy Making For Kids, will release August 1, 2012. She’s currently working on her 3rd book (releasing March 2013).
She is a regulator contributor for Michael’s Craft Stores. She works with brands such as Tostitos, Hershey, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Target, Pepperidge Farm, Pier 1 and more to connect consumers with their products in an entertaining setting.
In Spring 2012, Courtney partnered with ConAgra Foods, Inc. for a nationwide 8-city book tour to promote Push-up Pops and their brands (PAM, Reddi-Wip, Peter Pan Peanut Butter, + Egg Beaters). She visited NYC, LA, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, Raleigh, Denver, and Phoenix.
